Federal Internship Opportunity

Internship application deadlines are quickly approaching. The Career Development Center, B-119, has information about federal internships and is eager to guide students to apply and qualify!

Currently, the U.S. Department of State, Congressional Hispanic Caucus Internship (CHCI) program is a paid opportunity in Washington D.C. for undergraduate students and open to ALL majors. The 2017 Summer Congressional Internship deadline is Friday, January 20, 2017. Want to apply?

Here’s what you need:

• 1 letter of recommendation
• 1 resume
• An unofficial or official transcript
• Answer 3 Essay questions

Selected students will learn about our nation’s legislative process while working for a member of congress and receiving leadership programming from CHCI. Don’t miss this opportunity!
