Drop-in tutoring available in summer of 2014

Hello TRIO participants:

We hope the spring term ended well for you and you're having a wonderful summer. TRIO Student Support Services is offering drop-in tutoring sessions to help you prepare for:

• Math and English Placement Exams   
• Math 091 and 092  
• English 099 & 101  
• ESL workshops  
• Test of Academic Proficiency (TAP) or the ACT for teacher candidates  

These sessions are engaging and also customized to your own learning needs; whether these are to prepare for a specific class, the placement exam, or the TAP test. If you are in the Teacher Prep program and plan to take the TAP/ACT exam in the summer or fall, you are required to attend at least five of these sessions in each subject.

Also, if you have not completed all Math 090 courses, English 099, English 101, plan on taking or retaking the NEIU placement exams, or have to take a Reading course, we strongly recommend that you attend. Dedicating time this summer to tutoring will help you be more successful and less stressed out in the fall!

Below is the schedule for each program. Please drop in whenever you are available at the days and times below.
