Murrel J. Higgins Duster Scholarship

Applications for the Murrell J. Higgins Duster Scholarship are now being accepted. This scholarship was established in 2012 to assist students with costs associated with attending Northeastern Illinois University, including tuition, books, or fees.

There will be four $400 scholarships awarded to students enrolled for the Fall 2017 semester.

The deadline for applications is 4:30 p.m. on March 24, 2017.

Recipients will be selected and notified by April 10. Recognition of recipients will take place on April 19 at the Student Success Awards.
