Hello everyone,
I wanted to share with you that the UBMS program is currently hiring tutors to be part of the UBMS afterschool activities. The partime position ranges in hours from 4 to 6. Program activities take place from 3pm to 5:30pm twice a week depending on the site. The position pays $10 per hour.
Potential applicants must be at least in their third or four year of their undergraduate educational program. They should also have an interest and desire to work with low income and first generation college bound students from underserved communities. Interested applicants should also be willing to be involved in STEM content areas. However, applicants are not required to be on a STEM major.
