                       Hello TRIO Achiever,

As an active TRIO member I know you maintain a busy schedule and you meet a lot of people around campus. You can help spread the word about TRIO among your fellow students by describing to them the benefits TRIO membership has to offer, such as tutoring and mentoring, one-to-one advising, financial aid assistance and advanced registration. Get your friends on the bandwagon. Tell them about the benefits of joining TRIO.

Hackerspace every Friday

Join us this and every Friday from 2:00 to 3:00 pm outside LIB 412 for Hackerspace. We have two projects for this week--we will begin a TRIO Celebration Quilt and we will be making individual decorative boxes. Come and relax, meet new friends, and make cool stuff!

Time management workshop

Learn to accomplish more with less effort, make better decisions, and be more successful by attending a workshop this Friday, Oct. 31 from 1:00 to 1:50 pm outside LIB 412. Managing your time more efficiently  will help you find balance in your life. See you there.

Alternate Spring Break Trip Application

It's time again to apply for the Student Activities Alternative Spring Break Program. This year's trips will take place during the 2015 University Spring Break (Saturday, March 14 to Saturday, March 21). There are four different trip options you can apply for. The application deadline has been extended to Thursday, Oct. 30.
