Spring 2017 Math Enrichment Workshops

The Spring 2017 Mathematics Enrichment Workshop (MEWP) Program tutoring and workshop schedule can be found at the link below. The schedule will be updated weekly. Also, the entire website has been updated, so be sure to review it, especially the FAQ section.

Math Development Students

• There will be tutoring in the Math Community Center for math development students (090, 091, and 092) BY APPOINTMENT ONLY throughout the semester
• Math development peer leaders assisting instructors in their classrooms will advertise one hour they will be available to tutor students each week on the MEWP website
• Students who want to attend tutoring in the center should email the peer leader they want to meet with and schedule an appointment with them in advance. We are doing this so peer leaders do not have to go to the center when no students attend. The peer leader emails will be listed at the link above (students should click on a peer leader's name to see their email address).
• Tutoring will begin 1/17/17 in the center (BBH 364)

Math 112, 113, 173, 175, 185, 187, 202, 203, 251, 275 Students

• There will be workshops held in the Math Community Center every week throughout the semester
• Students should simply show up to the workshop they would like to attend
• Workshops will begin 1/17/17 in the center (BBH 364)

Spring 2017 volunteer peer leading positions & student math committee positions available (no math is involved for the committee positions):

• Students may also volunteer to assist with MEWP activities this semester

 In addition to participating in tutoring and workshops, students might qualify to be peer leaders or may be interested in volunteering for the program.
