Summer 2018 Meditation Sessions

Learn and practice how to relax your body and calm your mind! Student Counseling and Career Services is offering a meditation session every Wednesdays this summer semester, starting May 23.

Faculty, staff and students of all experience levels are welcome to attend meditation sessions.

Each session starts promptly at 12:15 p.m. and lasts for about 30-35 minutes. Please arrive a few minutes early to check in at the front desk of Student Counseling and Career Services, located in B-119.

No appointment necessary. No special equipment necessary. Please call ahead (773) 442-4650 if a large group of people would like to attend.
