NEIU Student Counseling Services Offers Teletherapy

Counselors at Student Counseling Services are available to meet with students for teletherapy. Services are free of charge and confidential, and are available to all currently enrolled students. Counselors can help with a range of concerns, including stress and adjustment issues related to the pandemic, family and relationship issues, and anxiety/depression.

  • To schedule an appointment, please call (773) 442-4650 and leave a message with your NEIU email and student ID number. You can also request an appointment by sending us an email at counsect@neiu.edu. We will respond to voicemail 9 a.m.-5 p.m., Monday through Friday. For urgent phone calls, you can reach a counselor for emergency consultation by pressing "2" per the outgoing message.

  • For additional resources, we have a Main Campus brochure listing resources on the North Side, a CCICS brochure listing resources on the South Side, and a list of other resources for some additional social services in the Albany Park neighborhood.

Thank you for your patience during this challenging time.
