Mental Health & Mindfulness Mini-Retreat - Learn to meditate and be well!
Join us on Tuesday, May 2 from 3-7 PM for a mini-retreat at the Meditation Center of Chicago. This workshop, led by visiting Buddhist monks, will focus on cultivating positive mental health and self-awareness through mindfulness-based techniques that have been shown to reduce symptoms of depression, anxiety, and stress. The workshop is not religious and intended for people of all faiths and backgrounds. Instruction on Tai Chi and some Thai refreshments will also be provided.
