In a plan to alleviate some telephone system issues, UTS will be changing the telephone system over to backup hardware.
During the change, telephone service may be disrupted for a short period of time and active calls may be dropped.
Therefore, if you need to contact TRIO, please send an email as a backup to make sure we get your message. TRIO's email address is triosss@neiu.edu.
