Dear Amie, My name is Ziggy Blackwell and I am the Director of Recruitment for the Golden Apple Scholars of Illinois program. Golden Apple Scholars is a teacher preparation program that provides tuition assistance, mentoring, job placement assistance and academic and social-emotional support to aspiring teachers.  I am reaching out for your assistance to help share information about the program to TRIO students who have expressed interest in teaching.
