Finding Balance: Self-Care & Time Management Skills For Stress Reduction

This virtual session examines how important self-care is and how it relates to time management. There are 168 hours each week. With classes, work, activities, study, and free time, planning becomes essential to get things done. A variety of strategies will be offered in order to cater to different types of students and benefit anyone who would like to sharpen their organization methods and time management skills.
