Free Meditation Sessions on Monday & Thursdays

Want to learn and practice how to relax your body and calm your mind?

Student Counseling and Career Services (SCCS) is pleased to announce that a meditation session is now offered every Monday and Thursday during the spring semester.

Faculty, staff and students are eligible to attend meditation sessions. 

All levels of experience are welcome.

The sessions start promptly at 12:10 p.m. and last for about 30-35 minutes. Please arrive a few minutes early to check in at the front desk of SCCS, located in B-119. No appointment is necessary. No special equipment is necessary.

Please call ahead (x4650) if a large group of people would like to attend.
